Reserving Our Services

We always ask clients for feedback and suggestions. It has beem suggested by Mike that we apply a 'Reserve our services - NOW' system to beat the credit crunch and recession, any weddings booked for , 2010 & 2011 will have the prices capped at this years rates. This offer will apply to the 87 customers who have already booked our services for 2010 and the 35 couples who have booked our services for 2011 already.

Improved Portrait Services

Following a suggestion by Helen we are offering improved portrait packages to help customers.

We still do not charge to take your portrait, however, to improve our basic package we wil now offer one 12 x 10 photograph as part of our standard package.

Upon request we will provide an extra two twelve inch photographs for an additiional £35 or two fifteen or sixteen inch photographs for an additional £49.

If you dont think this is unbelievable value for money just check how much these photographs will cost you if you go to a studio.

Payments In Advance

Following a suggestion by Julie we are implementing a prepayment option for customers who want to save and pay for their package in advance. Basically you pay whatever money you want to us whenever you want. We will keep it in a seperate bank account. Whatever money you pay in i.e. £450 this sum of money will be deducted from your final charges. The suggestion was made to take the temptation away of spending this money on anything other than your wedding package. We do not charge for this service.

Provision Of Quill Pen

As part of our continuing ways to improving our services, we have purchased a quality 'feather quill style pen with an ornate base' for use by our clients when 'signing the register'. Our aim is to provide stunning photogarphs of your whole day and we feel that appearances really do matter and that the use of such items not only improves but greatly enhances the quality of your pictures. Again this item is provided for all of our customers completely free of charge.
